Maximilian is the founder, president and CEO of Bacchus Group Productions, Ltd. Widely recognized as a true renaissance man, he has excelled as a stage, film and television actor; vocalist, musician and dancer; producer, bandleader and musical director; network television marketing and programming executive; and international business entrepreneur.

In a long and distinguished career spanning over 3 decades, Maximilian has worked with many entertainment and media industry legends including Ahmet Ertegun, Atlantic Records; Mo Ostin, Warner Records; Robert Stigwood, RSO Records; Clive Davis, Arista Records; Neil Bogart, Casablanca Records; Bruce Lundvall, Blue Note Records; Jerry Massucci, Fania Records; Ron Delsener, Ron Delsener Productions; Dr. Seymour Banks, Leo Burnett Company; Rene Anselmo, cofounder of Second City Theater and founder of Spanish International Television Network (now Univision) and PanAmSat; Emilio Escarraga, Jr., Televisa, S.A.; Ted Turner, Vice Chairman, Time-Warner, Inc.; Nancy Friday, best-selling author; Michael Butler, creator and producer of the legendary '60's smash Broadway rock musical "Hair", et al.

A man of varied interests and aspirations, he is presently Chairman and CEO of The Bacchus Group Corporation, a privately held international trading company with holdings worldwide including The Bacchus Wine Group, Ltd. (a direct marketing wine import and distribution company), Bacchus Capital Investments, LLC and Bacchus Group Productions, Ltd., a diversified media company engaged in entertainment production, meetings / special event planning and marketing communications.

Under his creative direction, Bacchus Group Productions produces numerous internationally-acclaimed proprietary bands and orchestras including Orchestra of the Americas, Sorcerers of Swing, Bacchus Soul Orchestras, Samba Samba 2000, Frankie Baby!, The Wonder Band, ¡KÚBA!, The Flamenco Kings, The NY Jazz Tango Orchestra, et al., as well as the trendsetting, exciting, new theatrical musical dance extravaganza, Ashé: Rhythms of the Americas.

Maximilian attended The Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut, where he graduated magna cum laude; Yale University (Davenport College), where he majored in philosophy, comparative religion and theatre; and The Juilliard School in New York City, where he majored in voice.

He traverses the planet several times a year producing signature special events and performing with his various music ensembles; and presently maintains residences in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro.
