Ashé : Innovative Modular Platform = Flexible Performance Fee
Ashé: Rhythms of the Americas is designed on a “modular
platform”. As such, clients have maximum flexibility regarding:
| • | which scenes are performed |
| • | the number of total scenes in a particular performance |
| • | the overall length of the show |
Accordingly, the exact number of dancers, musicians and percussionists will vary, depending on which scenes are performed and the length of each scene. In essence, each performance of Ashé is custom-designed to fulfill the requirements of your specific event.
Although initially designed as a 60 to 90 minute show, given it’s modular platform, Ashé can easily accommodate a 15 minute, 30 minute or 45 minute performance window -- or any variation thereof. The actual Performance Fee will of course vary with the duration of the performance and the number of dancers, musicians and percussionists required for a specific performance.
Optional "Live" Orchestra: Orchestra of the Americas
The original music of Ashé: Rhythms of the Americas
can also be performed "live" on-stage by the internationally
acclaimed variety dance orchestra, Orchestra
of the Americas.
Orchestra of the Americas is comprised of the finest professional recording session musicians from New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, New Orleans, Miami, London, Paris and Madrid. The orchestra performs all of the music from the Ashé show, as well as an extensive repertoire of 2500+ songs covering the following popular music styles:
| • | big band, swing, jump, jive and Sinatra |
| • | classic jazz, jazz fusion and New Orleans jazz |
| • | blues and gospel |
| • | soul, R&B, Motown, funk and disco |
| • | pop and rock |
| • | afro-Caribbean, afro-Cuban, afro-Brazilian and afro-South American rhythms |
Including Orchestra of the Americas with the Ashé show adds an extra element of excitement and drama which only a “live” orchestra can provide. As an added benefit, the orchestra Performance Fee includes a ninety 90 minute dance party set at the conclusion of the Ashé performance. At this dance party set, dancers from the Ashé show will join your guests on the dance floor; provide one-on-one informal dance instruction; and lead authentic conga and samba dance lines.
